Electronic Data Interchange

ILS’ Software System has the ability to process Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). EDI is the electronic exchange of documents or information (purchase orders, work orders, invoices, etc…) between organization systems (computer-to-computer) without human intervention.

EDI increases order entry speed, increases invoice processing to improve cash flow, and enhances invoice accuracy for collection.

Invoicing and Imaging

ILS has an internal, on-site Internal Audit Team that audits all documents related to order for customer invoicing. The Internal Audit Team insures that all orders are accurately invoiced and that all required, supporting documentation is provided to your customer with invoice.

ILS provides an electronic document imaging system that interfaces with Trucking Software to improve documentation management and business operations.

Documents scanned in imaging system automatically update the order status in Trucking Software, the Internal Audit Team audits documentation, and your customer is accurately invoiced (and driver paid).
